Rehab of older Kirkwood farmhouse
This cute farmhouse was built in 1927 and had loads of historic charm and built-ins. In a part of town where many homes are being torn down to build new, we knew this home had good bones and an appeal to bring it back to life.
Some of the updates involved: Replacing the systems throughout, new kitchen with wood walls, refinishing (and retaining) the hardwood floors, new bathrooms, and exterior work.
