Griffin David Properties evolved from of a love of historic St. Louis homes and real estate. We found that we love being part of the process of transforming neglected buildings into cherished and thoughtful residences, for the city we live in and care about. We welcome and appreciate historic guidelines, we know what buyers and renters want out of a home, and we love the design challenges that often come up during a complex renovation.
We’re a husband and wife team, we've spent the majority of our adult lives in historic St. Louis homes – and we've moved more times than we like to admit. We’re real estate professionals, investors, designers, and managers – and we have a trusted team of contractors and consultants that we are fortunate to work with.
We want the properties we renovate to be recognized for thoughtfulness and style. We care about the work we do and we treat these homes as our responsibility to the community.
