2-family completely updated and expanded
This 2-family was on the verge of a plumbing catastrophe, so it was past-due for an update when we took over. Our plan was to rehab the building for 2 higher-end apartments with kitchens moved to the dining room, which added an extra true bedroom. We also put in-unit stackable laundry in both apartments in addition to other significant updates.
Some of the updates involved: Replacing the systems throughout, roof, moving kitchens to dining room, refinish flooring throughout, and restoring/replacing rear deck.
