A dilapidated Tower Grove East 2-family duplex that needed help. This home had much more interior space than it appeared from the outside. The back of the home opened up wider, giving the hearth room a very open layout and allowing for two smaller office spaces throughout the home.
Some of the updates involved: Replacing the systems throughout, roof and tuck pointing, opening the kitchen to the dining room and seamlessly connecting (and retaining) the hardwood floors, seamlessly connecting the first floor to the second floor, second-floor laundry, adding a master-suite, and replacing the back porch.
